Health, Wellness and Table Tennis (HWATT) is the brainchild of Simon Gerada, a proven former professional pro-tour member, Australian Olympian and Champion. Since 2009, HWATT has delivered 1000's of training sessions across the state of Victoria and now it's your chance to get involved.

PROVEN MODEL

We are looking for a Trainers/ Coaches who will deliver a wide range of sessions focused on introducing children to the game of table tennis in a world-class group experience for our clients! We'll even offer the infrastructure and/or a facility to help you provide your additional service.

JOB OPPORTUNITY

Secondary School Coach

We're looking for an energetic coach for our inner suburb client. A genuine long term client with opportunity to build additional players to mentor and train outside the contract terms.

The successful applicant would be in charge and manage approximately eight teams including weekly team selections, overall squad management and work on table closely with first team members.

The successful applicant will carry out services over a set period negotiated with HWATT.
HWATT will provide the successful applicant with reasonable notice for the delivery of services.
The successful applicant may offer further services for squad and team members outside the times allocated in the delivery of service agreement.

HELPFUL RESOURCES

Having been in the business for many years, the team at HWATT understand that getting a business running requires some help. So here are some important first steps to consider.

REQUIRED ACCREDITATIONS

All coaches will be required to have a first aid, COVID-safe and police check certificates before being able to commence coaching, additional certificates should include at least a level 1 coaching certificate which can be gained through Table Tennis Australia. Additionally, you will require an Australian business number for tax and invoicing purposes.

ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS

Now that you have a regular income through our client base agreements, you will need to consider providing additional programs to boost your student base. Table Tennis Australia provide a great program for primary school children called Spinneroos, additionally you may want more day time work, so don't forget to register for Sporting Schools.
